Sometimes people experience exclusion, unfair treatment, or inequity and don’t know where to take it—or don’t feel safe doing so.

LOOP offers a simple, confidential way for people to share what happened, so organizations can better understand patterns and strengthen inclusion over time.

LOOP is anonymous.
It does not ask for identifying information.

What LOOP is

LOOP is a confidential reporting service designed to help organizations notice patterns related to:

  • Exclusion or unfair treatment
  • Inequity
  • Microaggressions and subtle moments that add up
  • Barriers to belonging and participation

LOOP is built to support learning and improvement.

It is not about blame, punishment, or singling people out.

When LOOP is especially helpful

LOOP is a strong fit when:

  • Leaders want a clearer view of day-to-day experiences, beyond surveys
  • People don’t feel comfortable speaking up in the moment
  • Organizations are navigating change (growth, restructuring, leadership transitions, return-to-office)
  • You want to support inclusion during an event, conference, or busy period
  • There is a desire to understand what may not be visible so meaningful action can be taken

How LOOP works

1) People share what happened (confidentially)

Individuals can submit a short report describing what they experienced or observed.

LOOP does not ask for identifying information.

2) Optional: speak with a DEI professional

For those who would prefer to talk things through, LOOP can include the option to book a confidential conversation with a DEI professional from Inclusive Kind.

These conversations are:

  • Supportive and confidential
  • Focused on listening and sense-making
  • Not investigative or disciplinary

They can help someone:

  • Name what they’re experiencing
  • Gain clarity and perspective
  • Understand possible next steps or supports
  • Feel less alone navigating a difficult situation
Booking a conversation is always optional.

3) Inclusive Kind reviews and organizes themes

Submissions and (where included) conversations are reviewed to identify recurring themes and patterns.

4) Receive learning-focused insight

Organizations receive summaries focused on themes and trends, along with practical recommendations to strengthen inclusion over time.

Support beyond the form

Sometimes writing something down isn’t enough.

LOOP can include the option to book a confidential call with a DEI professional—someone who understands workplace dynamics, inclusion, and power.

These conversations are not about investigating or resolving individual cases. They are about:

  • Being heard
  • Gaining clarity
  • Understanding options and supports
  • Reducing the burden of carrying something alone

LOOP is used by innovative companies including:
